○ Furnishings

- The following basic furniture is provided: bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, and drying rack. Please prepare any additional personal items you may need.

- Daily necessities are available for purchase at the on-campus convenience store.

- Bedding is not provided. You may bring your own or rent bedding from the on-campus laundry service. The bedding rental fee (for approximately four months) is about USD 33 (KRW 49,000). Please note that the laundry service accepts payment in Korean Won only, so we kindly ask you to prepare sufficient KRW in advance. (The above amount is subject to change.)

○ Notes on Receiving Shipments & Deliveries

- International packages may experience delays due to customs procedures and shipping schedules, which are difficult to predict in advance. Customs authorities may also require contact with the recipient during the clearance process; however, many students find it difficult to secure a local Korean phone number before move-in. For these reasons, we strongly recommend purchasing or shipping items domestically within Korea after move-in.

- If you must send an international package before move-in, please ensure it is scheduled to arrive after the move-in date (September 1, 2026), and that the recipient's full name (as written on your passport) and address are accurately stated.

- The university bears no responsibility for loss, damage, customs delays, or issues arising from address errors or the recipient's absence. All responsibility for return shipments of packages arriving before move-in rests solely with the student. The university cannot accept or temporarily store packages on behalf of individual students.
