Structure of the Mueunjae Student Council

The Mueunjae Student Council works to promote the rights and welfare of students affiliated with the Mueunjae School of Undergraduate Studies. By planning and organizing various events, it fosters students’ self-governance and encourages active participation in campus life, thereby contributing to the development of the university.

All freshmen admitted through the Undeclared Major Track are affiliated with the Mueunjae School of Undergraduate Studies until they select their academic department. These students have the right to vote, participate in deliberations, and speak in matters concerning the Mueunjae Student Council. Only regular members are eligible to stand for election. Freshmen admitted directly to the Department of Semiconductor Engineering may also register as affiliated members of the Mueunjae Student Council.

The Mueunjae Student Council consists of the Student Council Leadership Team and the Executive Committee. It also includes the Secretariat, the Public Relations Bureau, the External Affairs Bureau, and temporary task forces (TFs). The main responsibilities of each bureau are as follows.

Mueunjae Student Council Executive Board	- The Executive Board consists of the President and Vice President of the Mueunjae Student Council. - The President and Vice President are elected by the students of the Mueunjae School of Undergraduate Studies. - As representatives of the students of the Mueunjae School of Undergraduate Studies, they participate in various university governance and decision-making processes and oversee the overall operation of the Mueunjae Student Council.
Mueunjae Executive Committee	- Plans and carries out the projects and activities of the Mueunjae Student Council. - Executive Committee members are selected from among the regular members of the Mueunjae Student Council at the beginning of each semester. - The Executive Committee consists of three bureaus and is headed by the Executive Committee Chair.
Executive Committee Chair	- Works with the Executive Board to lead the activities and projects of the Mueunjae Student Council. - As Chair of the Mueunjae Executive Committee, gathers and coordinates the views of committee members and maintains the committee's official records.
Secretariat	- Plans and organizes the events and welfare programs of the Mueunjae Student Council.
External Affairs Bureau	- Collects opinions from Mueunjae undergraduate students and serves as a communication channel between students and the Student Council. - Coordinates partnerships and collaborative activities with organizations outside the Mueunjae Student Council.
Public Relations Bureau	- Manages the Mueunjae Student Council's social media accounts and produces promotional materials such as social media content and posters.
