○ General Notes

- The dormitory fee invoice and payment instructions will be sent by the Dormitory Operations Team to each student's individual POSTECH email account. Please refer to this email for payment schedules. (For fee inquiries, contact the Dormitory Operations Team.)

- Please prepare sufficient Korean Won (KRW) for dormitory fee payments and other initial expenses upon move-in.

- As some on-campus facilities do not accept cash, please prepare a credit or debit card that supports international transactions.

○ Prohibited Items

- Alcoholic beverages, electric blankets, electric heated mats, microwave ovens, electric rice cookers, electric frying pans, gas burners, hot plates, air fryers, mini electric kettles (for cooking), irons, TVs, power strips without individual circuit breakers, and personal mobility devices (e.g., electric scooters)

○ How to Get to POSTECH RC

- Upon arriving in Pohang, please take a taxi from outside the station or terminal and show the driver the following message:

"포항공대 생활관 21동으로 가주세요"

(경상북도 포항시 남구 청암로 77)

Destination: 21 Dormitory, POSTECH, 77 Cheongam-ro, Nam-gu, Pohang-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do

○ Residency During Vacation Periods

- After the end of the regular semester, students are not permitted to reside in the RC during the vacation period, nor are they permitted to store personal belongings there.

- However, relocation to and residence in the general dormitory may be allowed in certain cases — such as enrollment in a summer/winter session, participation in personal research, or group stay for student council/club activities — subject to application through the Dormitory Operations Team.
